One of my great joy's is to make people's dreams and visions come true. I love and appreciate all of the details that go into an event/wedding.

Outside of event coordination, I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, visiting local wineries and breweries, snowboarding, and spending time with my husband, Jimmy, and our two daughters, Kaley and Avery.

About Me:

  • Bachelor of Science in Meetings Management from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with a concentration on weddings and large corporate events.
  • Studied abroad at Southern Cross University (Lismore, Australia) focusing on Conventions, Trade Shows and Meetings Management.

1st Meeting:

Save the Date

Can't wait to meet you!

This is where we meet and make sure we are a great fit for each other. You tell me about your event, what you are looking for, and we save the date! I will put myself in contact with your vendors and make sure all parties have my contact information.

50% of the Day of Coordination fee is due to reserve the date.

2nd Meeting: Walk Through

During this meeting we walk through the space together. You tell me where you want things setup, how you want the flow of the event to go, and I will answer any questions you have.

We will create a schedule, seating chart, and iron out details together.

3rd Meeting:

Rehearsal/Personal Items

You give me all of your items! This includes, but is not limited to; place cards, menu cards, favors, directional signs, cake knife/server, champagne flutes, votive candles, card boxes, etc.

For Weddings: I will also run your ceremony rehearsal on this date so everyone in your bridal party knows where and in what order to enter, exit, stand and sit.

Day Of Coordination:

Just Breathe, I'll take care of the rest!

  • Ensure all vendors have a copy of the schedule prior to the event date.
  • Arrive early to setup all personal items and make sure any directional signage is present.
  • Ensure rooms are fully setup prior to guests arrival.
  • Coordinate music timing and procession of the ceremony.
  • Direct guests from room to room when scheduled.
  • Make sure food is ready at designated time., special food requests are clearly noted and delivered properly.
  • Run Reception program per the schedule including but not limited to; special dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garter, present delivery.
  • Collect all personal items at the end of the event for easy transportation.
